  The owner Rick is a shady individual. He promises you the world when trying to sell carpet, and then could care less once you have made a deposit on your installation. Rick is rude and unprofessional whenever confronted about issues during the carpet install. I was amazed that they had been in business for so long. But upon further research; Rick is well known for having a track record of extremely poor customer service. My carpet was installed by Rick's sub-contractor, and I never saw or spoke with Rick after the sale pitch was made. I could have saved $300-500 by going directly through the sub-contractor and purchasing the carpet at Home Depot (of all places). The job was done in an rush and left with a sense of disappointment overall. I would advise anyone to shop around and find other options before calling Affinity Flooring, you will not be able to contact Rick for warranty or problems after he gets your money.
