  A couple of years ago, I purchased a new Samsung and decided to buy the replacement glass protective screen option. I was told that I could stop in at any time, as often as needed, to have a damaged protector replaced. Well, I stopped by the store about 3 weeks ago to have my screen replaced (first time ever), and the young lady told me that they had just run out. I left my name and number, and she promised to call as soon as a new shipment arrived. Today, I stopped by to see if the order of new screens arrived. As it turns out, they had not. How long does it take to order new screens? The employee told me that she would speak with her general manager. Here's some advice for the office staff: 1) Take names and numbers. Give courtesy calls to the customers so that we don't feel like we've been ignored. More than 3 weeks have passed, and I've not heard from the store even once. 2) Have the general manager call the customer to apologize for the delay/misstep in ordering. A promise was made when I purchased this protection plan option. Promise has gone unfulfilled. 3) Offer an account credit of $5-$10 as a way to show appreciation. No customer should have to wait a month (or more) for something that should be in stock. 4) Do not suggest that I visit another store. I live in Yucca Valley. I purchased my phone and the replacement plan from your office and staff. I'll stop by in a few days (8 March) to see if anything new develops. Maybe a shipment of protective screens will arrive. (Not holding my breath...)
